Remember…

Sinking in and thinking back
To a memory lost in thought
Of the day of a horrid attack
Another war created and fought

Remembering alike many heroes
Those who saw with their eyes
Only to feel many sorrows
For those who had seen their lies

And everyone all around
Knows about the incident there
And many had heard that fatal sound
Who saw the bright, depressing glare

Today's a day of memory
For all of the lives it cost
A day to recognize the tragedy
And our structures lost
